IEEE Spectrum on AMO's Graphene Switch
Finally we made it into IEEE Spectrum Magazine. They report about AMO’s latest paper in the August issue of IEEE Electron Device Letters. The paper is about a novel graphene based switch that uses a field-induced structural modification of the graphene channel to stop current from flowing inside the switch. Coincidentally I am working for AMO and my diploma thesis is about producing and characterizing this new switch.
